This raw sauce is wonderful on top of quinoa and veggies, it is one of my favorites!  I make a batch of it and store it in the fridge for during the week.

Green Chili Sauce (Raw)

½ cup raw pumpkin seeds, ½ cup raw sunflower seeds, 1-2 Anaheim chilies (start with one and add more as necessary, can replace with a jalapeno if desired,) ¼ cup olive oil, ½ tsp ground cumin, ¼ cup lime juice, ½ bunch cilantro, 1 tsp sea salt, 1 cup water, 1 tsp red chili flakes, ½ tsp pepper

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth, chill and enjoy!
