This is a great snack if you’re hungry, but not hungry enough for a full meal.  The avocado provides great fat to help keep you satisfied and full without draining your energy.

1 avocado, chopped

1 tomato, chopped

juice from 1 lime or lime juice OR Apple Cider Vinegar + Olive Oil

Chopped Basil (optional)

Sea Salt

Combine and stir!
