I make a morning smoothie every morning, below is a list of the most common ingredients I use.  Be creative, try different ingredients!

1/2-1 cup frozen berries

Handful of Spinach or Kale

Barley Grass powder

Chunk of cucumber

Scoop of Plain yogurt

Coconut Milk or Almond Milk

Protein Powder – Whey, Vegan or Soy (isoflavon free), Drop or two of liquid stevia

Blend all together, pour and enjoy!
