Wild Alaskan Salmon Patties

These salmon patties are really simple to make and very tasty!

6 oz can Wild Alaskan Salmon, drained and cleaned, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup almond flour or coconut flour, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika, and/or Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Heat a small amount of coconut oil in a pan, spoon out patty-size amount of salmon mixture into pan.  Press down on mixture to form a patty shape using a spatula so that they’re 1/2″ thick or less.  Flip, and cook until both sides are golden brown.

**If you can’t find almond flour in the store, or don’t like the price tag, grind up your own almonds and make your own almond flour!
